Starting with an informal, free, no obligation chat we will find the most appropriate course of action for you and your goals.

We will then work together, usually for a minimum of 12 weeks, to build your new habits and new ways of thinking. I am your guiding hand, keeping you on track until you are back in control.

Consultations may be a combination of in-person, Zoom or Skype, phone-call or via email. Initial assessment consultation is £150.

Follow-up consultations are pre-booked in blocks of a minimum of three appointments. These are tailored to suit your individual needs and start from £225.

What happens at a consultation?

Prior to the consultation you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary.

Initial health assessment

The first consultation will last approximately 90 minutes. We will discuss your health history and dietary habits in detail and clearly define your health goals with measurable targets.

Based on our discussions, I will provide you with an overview of a suggested ‘plan of action’, detailing small yet impactful, sustainable and life-improving changes to what you eat and what you do. The plan of action will consider dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, and supplement recommendations, where appropriate.

Functional testing may also be recommended (using an external lab at an additional cost) if additional information would be beneficial to finding the right course of action for you to achieve your health goals.

Examples of tests used in clinic:

  • Comprehensive Stool Analysis
  • Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
  • Total thyroid screen
  • Female hormone panel, Dutch test
  • IgG Food intolerance testing
  • Adrenal stress test

What happens after the initial health assessment?

Follow up consultations usually last 45 minutes. We will discuss your progress, current challenges that you are facing and make any appropriate adjustments. Results and interpretation of any tests are then discussed and incorporated into your programme.

Depending upon the level of support you require, this may also include alternate, weekly food diary reviews with email recommendations and motivational advice.

Appointments are a mix of:

  • Body composition monitoring, where appropriate
  • Personalised recommendations tailored to your individual goals. No jargon, just simple strategies and normal ingredients to implement into your every day.
  • Nutritional information sheets.
  • Fuss-free, recipes, menu plans and shopping advice.
  • Behaviour change strategy – looking at habits that keep getting in the way – such as negative or emotional eating patterns, cravings, relying on willpower, waiting for motivation and letting go of unhelpful eating habits.
 
  • Appointments are a combination of zoom, face-time, phone-call and in-person

Please note : programmes are non-refundable and should be completed within 16 weeks of the initial consultation.
