- 200ml Milk (cows milk or almond, coconut, oat or hazelnut milks)
- handful baby spinach or kale or rocket
- large handful (approx. 3tbsp) mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 small avocado, stone and skin removed
- 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 heaped teaspoon of no added sugar peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
- Blend everything together and serve straight away.
