Breakfast Smoothie: filling, nutritious and speedy too!


  1. 200ml Milk (cows milk or almond, coconut, oat or hazelnut milks)
  2. handful baby spinach or kale or rocket
  3. large handful (approx. 3tbsp) mixed berries fresh or frozen
  4. 1/2 small avocado, stone and skin removed
  5. 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
  6. 1 heaped teaspoon of no added sugar peanut butter or almond butter
  7. 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
  8. Blend everything together and serve straight away.

Please don’t be put off by the colour; it’s delicious, energy packed and should keep you feeling full until lunchtime – ENJOY!
